Use of this website demonstrates that you completely understand and agree to the terms & conditions set out in this document ("Terms & Conditions").
By signing up and creating an account with soccermillion.com you are becoming a client and you are certifying that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to amend the number of votes gained per offer at any time without notice or reason.
I. MEMBERSHIP
1. Valid Information
(a) Clients shall provide accurate details relating to their identity to
soccermillion.com
(b) Clients shall not create an account using another person's name or information, signing up for another person is strictly prohibited.
2. Accounts
(a) Only one account per client is permitted.
(b) A client may not use another person's details to gain votes. For example, one person may not join the site for another person, or complete offers to gain votes for another person's account. Any client suspected of doing this will have their own and all other involved parties votes voided.
(c) Tickets for the client prize of £100,000 can not be transferred to another person.
(d) To be eligible for the £100,000 client prize you must fully sign up to soccermillion.
3. Cancellation of Account
(a) If you wish for your account to be deactivated, please contact our support department at info@soccermillion.com
4. Security
(a) Any unuthorised use or entry into soccermillion.com is illegal and punishable by law. The violation of any particular laws will lead to prosecution and account disqualification.
II Prizes
1. Eligibility
(a) Clients must complete the following to be eligible to win the client prize from soccermillion.com.
i. Sign up fully to soccermillion.com
ii. Complete at least 1 offer which is approved and credited by the offer provider.
(b) Votes will only be verified when clients complete an offer through one of the links provided on soccermillion.com. Some applications can remove the tracking segment of the URL, you assume this risk.
(c) Number of votes vary between offers, please read the offer description to be fully aware of how many votes you will receive.
2. Winner
(a) The winner of the client prize agrees to provide a photograph and a profile to be shown onsite and agrees to be interviewed by a representative of soccermillion.com upon presentation of the £100,000 prize.
III Online Offers
1. Completion of Offers
(a) soccermillion.com cannot guarantee that you will receive votes for completing an offer. We reserve the right to refuse votes for the completion of an offer for reasons including but not limited to, lack of appropriate information, improper sign up method, improper browser settings and duplicate sign ups.
(b) We are not responsible for any delay in reporting verified votes. Time taken to receive credit varies from offer to offer.
(c) It is your own responsibility to keep any correspondance from offer providers regarding the completion of their offers. Manual vote verification will not be granted without an email from the offer provider stating that you have fully satisfied their offer requirements. However, presenting a confirmation email does not guarantee that a client will receive votes.
(d) If a client believes they have fully completed an offer and haven't received their votes, the client should once again ensure they have in fact met all the requirements listed by the offer provider and should check that he or she has waited the appropriate amount of time for offer completion to be reported to soccermillion.com, this amount of time varies with each offer. If the client confirms all neccessary actions have been performed and the required level of time has passed, he or she should contact our support department at info@soccermillion.com. The client should note, however, that we reserve the right to deny votes for an offer.
2. Terms of Offers
(a) We are not responsible for the terms and conditions of any of the offer provider websites or offers on our website. We are not responsible for any charges or contracts incurred between yourself and an offer provider following offer completion. Clients should carefully read all requirements, terms and conditions and billing information related to each offer considered.
(b) Clients complete offers at their own risk. We are not responsible for products or services from our offer providers, any complaints regarding an offer completed should be directed to the offer provider.
(c) The availability of specific offers may change for specific clients at any time at the sole discretion of soccermillion.com.
